Our engineer visits your site to assess ground conditions, traffic flow, and space availability. Pit type vs pitless recommendation made here.

Step 02

Foundation Design

Structural design of the RCC foundation and platform prepared based on your required capacity (20T–200T). Markings for load cell pockets.

Step 03

Concrete Casting

Monolithic RCC platform cast on-site. No transport of heavy steel required. Concrete cured and load cell pockets formed to precise tolerances.

Step 04

Load Cell Installation

High-precision Minebea load cell transducers installed in the pockets. Junction box wiring and indicator connection completed.

Step 05

Calibration & Verification

Full weighbridge calibrated using certified test weights. Legal Metrology verification conducted and government stamp obtained.
